Project Brief
A small single unit residential facility was designed on a plot facing the deer park in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. As the plot was locationally situated with a possible vehicular approach at the rear of the plot, the normal open area for car drive was successfully converted to a landscaped lawn.

Project Brief
VKA proposed, as required by the client a single residential unit on a large 1000 sqmtrs. plot in South Delhi. The proposal introduced a central courtyard on to which all the rooms open out. The residential unit was completed in exposed brick.
