Project Brief
140 dwelling units covering approximately 100 sqmtrs. and 120 sqmtrs. in two types were designed around a central courtyard in an eight storyed building. The housing was designed partly as duplex units, to connect the access cores located in the corners at least at two floors.

The Project was completed in exposed brick work to achieve an easy to maintain permanent finish.

Twelve luxury duplex residential units have been designed on a site measuring approximately 1 acre, located at North Delhi.

The duplex apartments cover approximately 350 Sqmtrs in basement, ground floor, first floor and terrace levels.
