Project Brief
In response to project requirements of the DDA, for a mixed
residential development, VKA designed cluster housing for
approximately 3000 dwelling units in a three level proposal with
size of dwelling units reducing at each level. This achieved
available terraces / courtyards for each dwelling units,
providing a contiguous open space in keeping with Indian
lifestyle.

Project Brief
30 dwelling units were proposed, located on either side of a
central service spine, with each apartment, designed as a self
contained duplex unit opening to its own private garden.

Kermanshah, Iran
Project Brief
VKA designed a new community development for clients in
Kermanshah, Iran on a site of 500 acres. The development
accommodated 5000 dwelling units together with commercial
facilities, recreational facilities and educational facilities
for the residents.
