Project Brief
The competition brief required a multipurpose auditorium, a
library with attached offices and accommodation for students.
The design suggested the location of the auditorium to be
depressed under ground, using the roof levels as a series of
landscaped terraces. The residential accommodations opening away
from the central piazza and retains its privacy.

Project Brief
VKA won a limited design competition and was awarded the
project- to design an institute for foreign services officers,
comprising training facilities, auditorium, conference and staff
& student residences.
