Project Brief
VKA were commissioned to provide complete design consultancy services for a 150 room hotel in Kermanshah, Iran.

Using the site condition with a mountain backdrop the design proposed a single loaded corridor with rooms towards the Valley. Public rooms were located at lower levels with guest rooms above, receding at each level, anchored to the mountainous backdrop.

Project Brief
A small courtyard hotel was designed on a plot off the main shopping street in Isfahan, Iran. A coffee shop and restaurant with bar were provided on the ground floor and opened out on to the central courtyard. Three floors of guest rooms designed in an introverted plan opened out on the courtyard.

Project Brief
A 40 room business hotel was designed for a prominent restaurant chain on a small commercial plot in Noida. A very efficient design has been achieved with food outlets and a conference facility, business centre at the lower levels with guest rooms above.
